DIVINE ACT OF TERRORISM

Every terrorist attack, would seem to push people away from religion. In the end, thanks to the fact that religious thinking puts God above man, a fanatic is able to justify the killing of some higher sacred cause. It doesn’t matter, Islam of Christianity — the religion of any person brings to the “servant of God”. His life has always weighs less than the order of the divine kingdom, and therefore can be neglected. Especially, when it comes to infidels.

Not surprisingly, the history of religion is written in blood. It is amazing that today, after historic acts of terrorism are people shouting: “Terror has no religion”. Well, yes, because it is known that the Islamic State has nothing to do with Islam. Yes, and we are praying today for Paris (#PrayForParis), do so for a secular way. And yet, how is it that a set of religiously motivated action is conceptualized religious discourse? Why compassion we are among the Christian virtues, and the massacre of infidels — a rare psychopathology? Is it the fact that killing in the name of a deity occurs regularly, it doesn’t prove that such a murder is not just a special case, not just a flash in the pan of religious doctrine, but something peculiar to him?

Politically correct repression of the religious factor such tragedies indicates a failure to comprehend their ideological cause. Fear of Islam and accused of being branded a racist is not the main, rather decorative. What we are really afraid, because to admit that we, white European Christians, sits a similar chimera. The problem is not in Islam. The problem of religion as such. When the imagination begins to seem real and, suddenly, holy, untouchable is expect trouble. It can be any number of repeating that “God is Love”, but it’s history these things imposed a loving creature himself with fire and sword. Deity zealous in their worship. Appealing to the Truth, it allows only one of it’s understanding of his own. All other pose a threat. For the believer, his belief system is not just a matter of choice. It is a question of the righteous and the unrighteous. If you can be baptized, not only from right to left, then you can pray to different gods. For any monotheistic religion, such an attitude is unthinkable. Hence is Crusade and blow Palmyra.

The attack doesn’t have to turn us into xenophobia. We must fight not with refugees fleeing from the war, but by the religious thinking and it’s causes in us. It is not just ignorance and fear of death. Faith in God is a reflection of our lack of faith in ourselves. Otherwise, why invent yourself punishing parent, against which each of us is a sinful louse. “For without God there is no order — only chaos and evil.” Don’t this castles in the air, we can’t love and respect each other? Was it only the fear of punishment is able to keep us in check? Our lofty aspirations  may be thousands of vessels is quite a terrestrial and direct project — and, nevertheless, we choose a deity. When it bite off our heads, we say, “No, no, our god here and do with it.” And this is also our hidden self-hatred.
